🌇 Shibuya Sky at Sunset — We Got You
A guest reached out, hoping to book a Shibuya Sky ticket—specifically for sunset, the most popular (and hardest to get) time slot. But after trying on his own, he couldn't secure one.
When he messaged us for help, we quickly checked and found out the tickets hadn’t opened for booking yet. So, we kept an eye on it for him.
The guest mentioned that by the time tickets would be released, he’d have just landed in Japan—tired from a long flight and probably too exhausted to refresh pages or chase tickets. So we told him, “Don’t worry, we’ve got this.”
The moment the booking window opened, we jumped in and successfully secured the sunset slot he wanted.
By the time he woke up the next morning, there was a message waiting for him:
“Your Shibuya Sky ticket is confirmed.” ☀️🌃
He was so excited—and all he had to do was show up and enjoy the view.
✨ Turning the Impossible into a Ghibli Dream
A guest came to us with a last-minute wish: to visit the magical Ghibli Museum in Tokyo.
If you’ve ever tried booking tickets, you’ll know—it’s almost like finding a Totoro in the wild. 🐾
For international visitors, tickets are only available on a specific website, released once a month on the 10th, and they sell out fast. Unfortunately, our guest had missed that window.
But we don’t give up that easily. 😉
We discovered a few local tickets were still available—but there was a catch (a big one!):

You needed a Japanese phone number to buy them

Tickets had to be printed in person at a Lawson machine

Printing required an OTP sent to that same phone number
Basically: impossible for a tourist. But totally doable for us.
We handled the whole process from start to finish—secured the ticket, printed it ourselves, and had the physical ticket delivered to the guest’s hotel in Japan. All in time for their Ghibli adventure. 🌟

Love in the Snow: A Proposal to Remember
A client reached out to our team to plan his marriage proposal in Hokkaido, Japan, but unexpected challenges arose. The hotel had strict limitations on decorations, and communication with the concierge proved difficult due to the language barrier. Adapting quickly, the team devised a new plan, ensuring the moment remained special.
After reaching out to numerous photographers, only one was available to accommodate the couple’s travel schedule. Beyond just photography, the team collaborated closely with the photographer to arrange decorations and flowers, creating an unforgettable setup at Nakajima Park.
On the day of the proposal, a sudden snowstorm added another hurdle, but despite the challenges, everything came together beautifully—she said yes! This experience highlighted the team's dedication to making once-in-a-lifetime moments seamless, no matter the obstacles.
